泰式傳統全身舒壓(2小時)

舒壓的程序從腳掌開始，透過推、拉、扳、按、壓、揉、拿到身體各部位，其順序為腳掌、小腿、大腿、手臂、手肘、手掌、腹部、背部、臀部、肩、頸、全身伸展、臉部、頭部。全部過程循序漸進，依經絡左右對稱、按部就班地由腳向身體各部位，一直按摩到頭頂。引導客戶以類似瑜珈伸展的姿勢放鬆肌肉促使血液循環，進而舒活末梢神經，按壓的動作看似用力、但卻極為柔和。
泰式腳底舒壓(1小時)
費用NT$900
舒壓的程序從12個腳部暖和步驟開始，再使用泰國獨特的腳底舒壓棒開始舒壓內臟反射區域，最後以簡式的舒壓腳部、手部、肩、頸，來完成全程的泰式腳底舒壓。

Thai traditional massage (2 hours)

Massage procedure starts from foot, via push/ pull/ press/ rub/ hold to each part of body, the sequence of massage is foot/ lower leg/ upper leg/ arm/ hand/ palm/ abdomen/ back/ hip/ shoulder/ neck/ stretching/ facial/ head. Whole process is step by step, left right symmetrical, massage from foot to head. Guide receiver to cooperate stretching similar to Yogi exercise to relax muscle and stimulate blood circulation, relive nerve ending, pressure is looked like exerting, but it is gentle in fact.
Thai foot massage (1 hour)
Price NT$900
Foot massage procedure starts from 12 steps foot warming, then massage reflexology area by using Thai foot massage stick, finally close on short massage in legs, hands, arms, shoulder and neck.
Dispatch to enterprise (within 30 min. drive distance)
